Monmouth Place was a development of seven 4 storey houses on the Upper Bristol Road in Bath. Built by Ashford Homes the houses replaced some run down single storey retail units. The houses feature all of the standard Ashford specification including networking, zoned underfloor heating with touchpad control, recessed ceiling audio and full HDMI distribution around the home. Phoenix carried out the full first and second fix in these houses and the job was completed in 2015.
