Red Lion Gardens was a development of 5 x 4 bedroom houses in Rode starting in 2012 and finishing in 2013. This was Phoenix’s first job for Ashford Homes which has led to a long and fruitful working relationship. Phoenix carried out the full electrical installation comprising of mains power/lighting, alarm, data, heating and fire detection complete with sprinkler system relay.
